Born in Santa Marta, Colombia on December 24, 2000, Jesus Ferreira is a 21-year-old professional footballer. His father, David, played for various teams in Colombia. 

Ferreira started playing for FC Dallas at a very young age. He played with the club’s youth team and signed a homegrown contract with the club in 2016. 

The ten-year-old has scored seven goals and provided three assists this season. He is tied with Kenny Cooper and Jason Kreis for the most goals by an FC Dallas player this season. 

After starting the season as a striker, Ferreira transitioned into an attacking midfield role. He started off as a striker, but Luchi Gonzalez moved him into this position.

The former FC Dallas defender has a high scoring potential and is a capable playmaker. His recent success with FC Dallas came after a rough year with FC Augsburg.
