At This Year's FIFA World Cup, U.S. will field one of its youngest teams
U.S. soccer has announced the 26-man roster to the national team.

will be making their return to World Cup. This was the first World Cup exit for the U.S. since the 1980s.

"This generation hasn’t yet defined itself. Gregg Berhalter, the team manager, stated that this World Cup will give them the opportunity to redefine themselves.

The USMNT will play Wales on Nov. 21. A marquee matchup with England Nov. 25, followed by an encounter with England Nov. 25

and then a match with Iran Nov. 29 to complete the difficult draw for the team in the group stage.

Christian Pulisic, a standout forward aged 24, is the team's most important star. He has long been a hero in the USMNT turnaround hopes and earned the nickname "Captain America".

Pulisic (who plays for Chelsea) shined during the World Cup qualifying games. His five goals included a goal in a 5-1 victory over Panama earlier in the year.
